This track began life as a very rhythm guitar heavy track... so much so, I had to tone it down a bit - it was starting to sound like a 70s disco track! Hopefully I hit the right mix in the end.
Recreating that bassline was tricky, as it was a sample from a Moog Synth, where the notes aren't actually on key... more of a funky riff. It was never MIDI data, and I couldn't find the original sample either. So yeah, good fun putting that together.

(Haystack) One of my favorite VG OSTs ever. Module clearly had an immense amount of fun (and blood, sweat, and tears) making this. Thanks, man! I may be done playing Shatter, but I'll be listening to your music for years to come. Goes particularly well with my after-midnight, half-hour drives home each night after work! J.R. Caldoon
