Ah, good ol' Canada ...the song I mean! However I'm sure the country is lovely - just not had a chance to visit there yet.
This track made me feel like I was just as good as all the other licensed acts that were included on WipEout 2097 (XL). In a blind listening test, the Psygnosis marketing dept. didn't realise it was an in-house music track... and that really made my day. ;o)
In it's original form, I decided to see how slow I could make a track in terms of BPM and have it still sound fast enough and exciting enough to work in-game. Well... this version is even slower(!) A super laid-back version with lots of fat pads, and some time to really develop each of the musical sections.
(Haystack) One of my favorite VG OSTs ever. Module clearly had an immense amount of fun (and blood, sweat, and tears) making this. Thanks, man! I may be done playing Shatter, but I'll be listening to your music for years to come. Goes particularly well with my after-midnight, half-hour drives home each night after work! J.R. Caldoon
What can I say, I've got nostalgia for this. Listening to these tracks on a proper audiophile setup is still quite the treat, lots of little details you don't notice on a $50 gaming headset from 2010. acharn
