We use standard shipping methods that vary depending on each product purchased. Generally we ship within 5 days, however, we ask that you allow at least 3 full weeks for delivery. This allows us to account for public holidays, product availability, manufacture of bespoke goods and other unforseen circumstances.
Normally the item you order is the item you want, and when you receive it you are 100% delighted with your purchase.
However, sometimes in this imperfect World, things can go wrong!
In which case;
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US!
Items that are returned to us in a used condition or damaged by unfair use will not be refunded, nor will they be returned back to you without pre-payment for the postage, packing and admin fees.
Refunds for items that you have purchased mistakenly, as a gift that is now unwanted, that you find ultimately unsuitable or for any other reason other than the item is faulty or not as advertised are at our sole discretion.
In the event that we agree to a return outside our standard terms or at our sole discretion, we will generally hold you liable for all post & packaging and admin charges involved with your returns process.
If you do not agree with our terms, please do purchase as this avoids possible disagreement in the event of any issues at a later date.
